Embraced By the Dark Gods

Black Metal demands fanaticism. In any and all forms, Black Metal represents an upsurge in the atavistic Shadow of the Soul of Western Man, expressing within it the hopes and anguishes of the vessel via which it is communicated. In order to express such barbarism, one must have first embraced this as a part of the undivided self; for such is not an expression of the schism within man, but of the unified Spirit, seeking resurgence – the transcendence of the personal unconscious and the expression of the Collective Consciousness of the West.

Objectively the rise of the “second wave” of Black Metal, was a critical kulturkampf in response to the prevalent zeitgeist of music – lacking purpose and foundation, devoid of anything remotely transcendent, and indeed within itself, an expression of the decay of the Spirit. In contrast however, Black Metal never sought “acceptance”, nor understanding, nor fraternity with those who did not celebrate in the Spirit which it sought to embody; which is why its torch bearers acted as incendiary flame to everything which was deemed false. Here, Satanism was expressed as a presentation of the antinomian, and as a form of European Paganism, shedding the shackle of Spirit and Thought from the Magian mire of Abrahamic religion; seeking iconoclasm, and recognising the necessity to philosophize with a hammer.

In stark contrast to the modern so-called “Black Metal” scene which is primarily composed of hollow worms obsessed with collecting different coloured records before they sell out. Like keys played on a piano by the maestro their materialistic soullessness is easy prey for record labels with nothing ideological driving their business. It is merely about creating a feeding frenzy for the impostors. The true spirit is not to be found in those who are merely and superficially attracted to the atavistic embrace of Darkness, but for whom it remains as something external and fleeting; those who try and imitate, presenting nothing more than a poor reflection in carbon copy – those that fail to integrate this Darkness of their Being and assimilate to the higher Gestalt. Black Metal, as an expression of the Faustian, Satanic, Spirit, is only able to be expressed by those that recognise it as not just an image, but a medium of a manifestation of such, and an expression of the Sinister.

Black Metal, and Satanism, are never means of flirtation, and should never to be seen as such. In Black Metal, we see the application of the defence of that which is indefensible, the challenging of the sacred hubris and the complacency that seeks comfort over that which rends and seeks re-evaluate all morals of man.

The Black Order of Pan-Europa is a path which seeks torchbearers and arsonists, who wish to set the world ablaze; those with the fire to and Will to philosophize with a hammer, and prove hollow the rotting edifice and tumble the walls and limitations on which it is founded.
